MetroParcel has zero liability for parcel contents or loss — for high-value items, use a licensed courier service.

Delivery time depends on metro travel time + picker matching time. Most same-corridor deliveries complete in 30–90 minutes. You get a live ETA once the picker boards. Peak commute hours (9–11am, 6–9pm) have the most pickers available.

Cash, jewellery, medicines, chemicals, weapons, illegal substances, liquids, or perishable food. The metro scanner and picker inspection are both checkpoints. Violating this results in account ban and legal action.

Payment is made upfront once a picker is matched — you see the exact total before confirming. The picker's fee is released to their wallet only after the receiver confirms delivery with their 4-digit code.

No. You are an independent individual carrying parcels at your own discretion on your existing commute. MetroParcel is an aggregator, not a courier company. You choose when to go online and which parcels to accept.

Earnings accumulate in your MetroParcel wallet. Once your balance reaches ₹200, request a transfer to your linked bank account. Add your bank details once in the app — transfers processed via Razorpay.

If no picker is matched, you can cancel for a full refund. As more pickers join, availability improves. Try again — especially during morning and evening commute windows.
